When you book any type of session with me, you will be asked to accept the terms of this agreement.

 

Client Responsibility

I freely consent to receive spiritual guidance and/or shamanic guidance services from Kelly Arora (also known as Kelly Arora Consulting LLC and “Talks with Spirit”).There is no promise or guarantee of a particular outcome from spiritual direction or shamanic guidance. I am responsible for my own growth, choices, and behavior.

 

I recognize that spiritual direction/guidance is not medical care, psychotherapy, or counseling. When journeying on your behalf, Kelly will report, to the best of her ability, what she “sees,” “hears,” and otherwise experiences during the shamanic journey. Written transcripts and spiritual guidance conversations are not prescriptive. Spiritual guidance and shamanic readings are not substitutes for counseling, psychotherapy, mental/behavioral health care, substance abuse treatment, medical care, or legal counsel. It is my responsibility to secure such professional advice.

 

Confidentiality

All spiritual guidance and shamanic readings are confidential unless there is reasonable cause to know or suspect self-harm or to know or suspect that a child or elderly person has been subjected to abuse or neglect or is being subjected to circumstances or conditions that would reasonably result in abuse or neglect.

 

This is a professional relationship in which sexual intimacy is never appropriate.

 

Scheduling and Payment

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will notify Kelly with at least 24-hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session. If Kelly needs to cancel or reschedule a session, she will provide at least 24-hours’ notice.
 

Payments will be made via Paypal or venmo. Payments are due prior to shamanic readings. Payments are due on the day we meet for spiritual guidance sessions. There are no refunds after the completion of a spiritual guidance or a shamanic reading. 

 

Acknowledgment and Release of Liability

By replying to Kelly's email re: this Client Agreement, I acknowledge that I understand and accept this agreement.  I here and forever waive and release any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, without limitation, arising out of or connected with my participation in spiritual and/or shamanic guidance with Kelly Arora.
